Clean and Simples....Queen and Co.

Hey there!  I'ms stopping in here with a couple of quick and simple card using Queen and Company supplies.  I love having a stash of Queen goodies on hand to add to any card.

For this first card, I used the Polaroid Foam Front Die.  The great thing about these dies, is they coordinate perfectly with the foam front boxes or in this case, work great as a card front without the shaker box.

Queen and Co

I die cut the polaroid out of white cardstock and then popped it up on foam tape.  I added my 2 little pandas and then a sentiment from Paper Smooches.  I added 2 of the Green Bling Flowers to add a little pop of color.  Easy peasy!

Queen and Co

This card was another easy one to create.  For this card, I used the Hearts Foam Front Die with the Hearts Foam Front underneath.  Those foam fronts work so perfectly for shaker cards but they add great dimension, just by themselves, to any card front.

Queen and Co

I added the foam front to a red card base so those hearts would pop from the white front.  I added the "miss you" die cut from the Special Word Dies Assortment 1 set.  I die cut it from black cardstock and black fun foam and stacked them up for some dimension.  Next, I added a glittery button from the Red Button Bouqet II set.  This is a great package of buttons to add to your collection.  There are so many different styles all in one pack!  I tied a little white twine through the button to finish this card off.

So glad you stopped in today!  Hope you have a great week!

First, I embossed the Stitched Tag-Corner Rectangle into the card base.  I masked it off and added the grass with the Drifts and Hills stencil and then added clouds with the Cloud Stencil.  Next, I stamped and die cut the flowers and then stamped the stems on the card base.  I die cut the smile sentiment and popped it up on fun foam.  Last, I added in some Nuvo drops to the sentiment for some sparkle.

MFT Countdown Day 1....

Today is the last day of the MFT December Countdown.  The entire release of new stamps and dies will be available tonight, Tuesday, December 5th at 8pm CST.  Are you so excited?

Today's card showcases the new set More Rustic Wildflowers.  I love this set because it is so easy to stamp and, of course, die cut.  Those open dies give the perfect cut every time!

Here is my CAS card...

MFT December 2017

I love to die cut several groups of die cuts and then stamp a bunch of flowers at once.  Then do a little arranging.  I cut the scalloped card front from Blueprints 27.  I found this beautiful sentiment from Handwritten Happiness and then built the arrangement around it.  I kept this card simple to let those flowers shine!

The MFT Blog will have lots more to see today.  Head on over there and check out the last day of sneak peeks. Thanks so much for stopping in today!

MFT Countdown Day 2...

We are down to Day 2 of the MFT December Release Countdown.  Today I am sharing a card using the new set called Friendly Forest.  The images in this set are perfect for a CAS card.  Today's background was inspired by someone out there in blog land. I remember seeing someone use a heart to emboss a spot in the background but I don't remember where so whoever it was, thank you for the inspiration!

MFT December 2017

I used the Drifts and Hills Stencil in the background with a couple of Distress inks, Twisted Citron and Lucky Clover.  Next, I stamped the sentiment along the bottom using the Misti.  I used the stitched heart die to emboss the shape into the background.  I stamped and die cut the little fox.  Those open dies are so perfect to line up and cut your images out perfectly!  I popped the fox up on the card front with foam tape.  Last, I stamped the little heart trio from Coffee Date in red ink.  I took some glossy accents and covered the hearts, the little foxes nose and eyes for some shine.

MFT December 2017

One more Countdown day and then Tuesday is release day.  Everything you have seen this week will be available Tuesday the 5th at 8pm CST over at My Favorite Things. Head on over there now to see some other sneaks.

So glad you stopped in today!  Have a great day!

MFT Countdown Day 4...

Welcome to day 2 of the countdown for the November MFT Release.  Today I have a card using the new set called You're Super.  It features an adorable super girl and all the sentiments and details to go along.

MFT December 2017 Release

To create this card, I stamped the building silhouette's twice in black ink and then each time, stamped them off in the background to create the distant skyline.  Next. I stamped and colored super girl to stand out front.  I popped her up with some foam tape and then added this skyline panel to the front of the card base on fun foam. The bottom edge of the card is Cement Gray. I added the speech bubbles to the top of the card with the sentiments included in the You're Super stamp set.

MFT December 2017 Release

To add a little something fun to the inside, I used the pop up element die and added the "POW".  I love how it pops up when you open the card.

It's Die-cember!

It's DieCember over at Simon Says Stamp!  There are SO many adorable new dies and some new glitter cardstocks you are going to need to check out!

Click HERE to do some shopping!

I have a card using one of the adorable new dies called Picture Book Hugging Penguin.

Untitled

I cut these penguins out of white cardstock and then colored all the pieces with Copic markers.  That saved a lot of die cutting time for sure.  I added them to a white backer as I just traced the die on white cardstock and cut it out with scissors.  That made it easier to layer up.  Last, I added in some heart with a little Wink of Stella sparkle and then added in a sentiment to finish it off.

Untitled

There is lots more to see over at Simon, so head on over there and check out the new dies!

Thanks so much for coming by and have a great day!
